“ always going to love freds but they recently they hired new employees for night shift and they talk shit in front of customers thinking you don’t know spanish. but morning time employees are great ”
“ Firstly, great food for an inconspicuous location. I like that they had a variety of food. We stayed inside to eat. We got 2 avocado bacon burger specials and the club sandwich special for 43. I enjoyed my burger, fries, and horchata. My mom was loving her club sandwich. They don't skimp out on the bacon or avocado. We also got some aguas frescas (horchata and tamarindo) and a soda which were all great. I would definitely come back for a quick bite. The only downside is the atmosphere. The building and area isn't the most appealing, but I just came for the food so it didn't bother me. ”
“ The employees are so nice and they sorry if they make any mistake ”
“ Freds has been the best burger spot for decades. I've been going here since 1994 when I first attended John Muir Middle School and still tastes the same 24 years later. After moving back from up North, the first thing I wanted was Fred's Fries. ”
“ Everything is on point for this location! Bomb! Been coming here since I was in 4th grade, going to budlong Ave. Now I'm 35 & I still come here, being my kids too! We love it! ”
“ Fast service, friendly crew, the teriyaki Chicken bowl is so fire, I substitute the salad for fries lol ”
“ Been coming since I was a tiny human (: love the service and food. The employees have been consistent for years and dish out delicious plates every time. ”
“ I use to frequently eat here back when I was attending John Muir across the street many years ago. I have passed by several times and thought I need to stop by and see if the food is still great, especially their fries like back in the days. I ordered the club sandwich with fries. The sandwich was great and the fries to my surprise taste just as great as they did when I was in junior high. It was also fulfilling. I am definitely coming back to eat here. ”
